Membership
You join with a subscription in the app, through the App Store or Google Play: $99 per month or $890 per year, renewing automatically, and you can cancel at any time. Membership gives access to all club deals. It is not an investment and is not invested.
Who can join
Club deals are reserved for qualified and accredited investors under the laws of their country of residence, confirmed in the app with a short questionnaire. Minimum investment per deal: $100,000. For US residents: $200,000 for individuals and $1,000,000 for entities.
How you invest
Each investment is paid separately for the full amount of the commitment: in BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC (ERC-20), confirmed automatically on the blockchain, or by wire.
Risk warnings
- Investments in private companies are highly risky and speculative. You may lose all the capital invested.
- Shares are illiquid: there may be no way to sell them for many years, and an IPO or sale of the company may never happen.
- Valuations shown come from public sources at the date indicated, are not verified by Unicorn Private and are not an indication of future value.
