How to invest in Revolut before the IPO

· Unicorn Private Research

The short answer

You cannot buy Revolut through a broker: as of 28 October 2026 it is not listed on any exchange. Before an IPO every route is private. You buy shares on the secondary market, you join an SPV that holds them, or you own a fund with a stake. In Unicorn Club, accredited investors can join a club deal on Revolut through an SPV, from $100,000.

What Revolut does

Revolut, based in London, offers accounts, cards, payments, trading and crypto through one app. It publishes audited accounts: revenue of 6 billion dollars and net profit of 1.7 billion for 2025 (company results, April 2026).

Latest valuation

The last valuation on record is 75 billion dollars (November 2025, source: TechCrunch).

It comes from a sale of existing shares between investors, not from a new round.

IPO status

No IPO filing. As of 28 October 2026 Revolut has not published a registration statement and has given no listing date (source: Unicorn Watch IPO tracker).

Its chief executive says a listing is at least two years away. In April 2026 the Financial Times reported a valuation of 150 to 200 billion dollars being discussed for it.

Ways to get exposure before the IPO

Secondary market. An employee or an early investor sells shares to a new buyer, through platforms such as Forge Global or Nasdaq Private Market, or through a broker. Most private companies keep a right of first refusal and ask for board consent. A trade can take weeks. It can also fail at the last step.

SPV. A special purpose vehicle buys the shares and you buy an interest in the vehicle. Your name does not go on the company's register. The vehicle has a manager, its own costs and its own rules on when money comes back.

Funds. Some venture and growth funds hold Revolut shares. You get exposure mixed with the rest of their portfolio, lock-ups that run for years and minimums the fund decides. A few listed investment trusts publish their private holdings: that is the one route open on a stock exchange, at a price that can sit above or below the value of what they own.

Before choosing, ask three things. Who sets the price, what it costs every year, and when the money comes back.

The Revolut club deal in Unicorn Club

Unicorn Club runs club deals for its members. For Revolut, a dedicated SPV buys Revolut shares on the secondary market when the company's transfer rules allow it, and every member who joins commits a separate amount.

Minimum $100,000 per deal. US residents: $200,000 for individuals and $1,000,000 for companies and other entities. Only accredited or qualified investors under the rules of their country of residence can take part, confirmed in the app with a short questionnaire.

Each commitment is paid in full, by wire or in BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC (ERC-20).

To see the deal and commit you need membership: $99 a month or $890 a year. Membership is not an investment and is not invested.
